Stuffed and Buffed

So STUFFED from Turkey day that you feel like you couldn’t do a pull-up with a rocket strapped to you? But still BUFFED enough throw around some big weights. Then come join us November 26th from 8AM-2PM, and put those gainz from Thanksgiving to good use and hit some big lifts.

Girl / Guy Comp. 3 divisions:

Open Lites: 18-39, 330lb combined bodyweight
Open Heavies: 18-39, 331lb plus combined bodyweight
Masters: 40 plus, no weight class

4 Barbell events and 1 Floater

Event 1:
Snatch Me Another Roll

5 minutes to establish your heaviest:
2 touch and go POWER Snatches from the floor + 1 HANG SQUAT Snatch (above the knee)
One person lifts at a time. (2 Bars 45lb+35lb)
Score is Guy and Girls combined lifts.

Event 2:
Squatty Potty

5 minutes to establish a 5 rep max BACK SQUAT from rack.
Score is Guy and Girls combined lifts. (One 45lb bar)
*5 rep minimum for a full score. You may do additional reps for 5lbs per rep added onto your total.

Event 3:
How Much Ya Bench…..For 2?”

5 minutes to establish a 2 rep max Bench Press.
Score is Guy and Girls combined lifts. (One 45lb bar)
*2 rep minimum for a full score. You may do additional reps for 5lbs per rep added onto your total.

Event 4:
Cleaning the Dishes…… and then Jerking Them

On the minute Clean and Jerk Ladder (power or squat clean, power jerk / split jerk /push press / strict press, shoulder to overhead anyway)
Each lifter will have 50 seconds to make as many attempts as possible at each bar (10 second transition to next bar).
*If a weight is missed and no more further attempts are made, you may choose to deadlift the bar for 1lb per rep added to you and your teammates total. An attempt to clean the weight must be made before you begin the deadlifts
**Final bar wave 1: If the lift is successful, and you are moving onto wave 2, you may clean and NOT jerk additional reps for 1lb per rep added onto you and your teammates total.
***If the final bar is successfully lifted, you may clean and NOT jerk additional reps for 1lb per rep added onto you and your teammates total.

Floater:
You Push While I Pull

For Time: Two Rowers. Guys row 25 cals, ladies row 20 cals. Once both complete their row, you both move directly into 2 rounds of:
1 round = Guy rope PULLS a sled 30 feet, Girl PUSHES the sled 30’ feet.

Sled is a Rogue Butcher:
Lites: Sled loaded with two 25# plates
Heavies: Sled Loaded with two 35# plates
