If you are an experienced CrossFitter and would like to drop-in and try a class, please follow the link below, select a class, Hit pay now, (which will be zero dollars), and fill out the waiver. There is no charge for the first class. Drop-in Link

Membership rates:

CrossFit OnRamp:
$100, FREE when signing up for any 6 month membership.

CrossFit Month to month:
Billed month to month. No commitment.
$160 / month unlimited CrossFit and Open gym
$135 / month, 3 CrossFit Classes or Open gym sessions per week

CrossFit 6 month auto pay:
Billed via credit / debit card or checking savings account every month for the term of 6 months.
$140 / month unlimited CrossFit and Open gym
$120 / month, 3 CrossFit Classes or Open gym sessions per week

CrossFit 978 Noontime “Burn”:

For those of you looking to get a sweat on during the lunch hour. Burn is a high intensity class with mostly body weight movements. The goal of this class is to make it in and back to work, as such its a 45m class. Burn runs Mon/Weds/Fri and starts at 12:00 sharp. $100/month to month
